Selecting the right company is important. Cost is one factor to consider, quality is another.

When evaluating a company ask them about their quality process. Typically the standard answer is "We visually verify 10% of the scanned records for accuracy." That means that 90% of your records are NOT checked. AND, 100% are NOT CHECKED against the ORIGINAL.

At ARCHIVE-CD we check 100% Every original page is physically compared against the scanned image. You don't have to wonder about the quality of the scan or if all of the pages were scanned.

Converting your records to digital images is a matter of choice.

Once the decision is made to convert your documents your choices are:

Have someone do it for you. Your records can be scanned OFF-SITE (at the selected company's scanning service bureau or ON-SITE (at your offices.)
