Founded Network Associates in 1983. Network Associates,
had its beginnings as a consulting firm for healthcare solutions.
The company provided consultation and presentations to colleges,
universities, national professional organizations and healthcare
institutions.
Mr. Garrett has 35 years of management experience, including five
years as a rural hospital Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ten years
as a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and over 30 years of healthcare and
computer related experience.
He has presented numerous programs and presentations in management,
healthcare, computers and document imaging at state and national
levels.
Mr. Garrett's degrees include: A.A. - Engineering, B.S. - Biology,
B.S. - Psychology, A.S. - Nursing, and a M.B.A. - Organizational
Behavior.

is a Veteran owned business. Mr. Garrett served in the
U.S. Army Security Agency and spent 19 months in South Vietnam
coordinating the II Corps cryptanalytic efforts.
