Data Analyst,
with twenty years experience
in the insurance business, including both independent agencies and company
experience. After successfully operating his own agency for several years,
he moved into the company where he provided training for employees and agents.
Currently, he is developing data management solutions in the Seattle area.
Mr. Hepworth holds a Masters degree from Utah State University, Logan, Utah.

Mr. La Riva has been a Consultant/Programmer
for the last 7 years. Mr. La Riva provides customized business applications
for small to large corporations. His previous projects include a Call Center
Quality Assurance and HR System for Telegate USA and a Bilingual Website
for Centro Latino de Council Bluffs. Mr. La Riva works with Visual Basic,
Access, HTML, ASP, Photoshop, and other software applications and is continually
adding to his software tool kit. Mr. La Riva also creates Developer Tools
